For 25 years TIRAD has been a recognized as an exceptional manufacturer of mould bases and plates throughout the whole of Europe.
We can machine plates up to 2300 x 1500 x 1000 mm with weight up to 4000 kg.
Our modern manufacturing equipment is known for the highest possible machining tolerances, particularly in the fields for healthcare, cosmetics, packaging and PET pre-forms.
We have 2 or more machines for each manufacturing process, therefore reducing the risk of any production errors and increasing your lead-time.
Foundation
Founded in 1993, TIRAD made a crucial decision to focus on high-precison machining, in 1999, for plastic injection industry.. Since then we have been continuously improved our machining fleet as well as employee skills and experience. Today our modern manufacturing plant is located at Sasovice, in the middle of Europe & was built in 2001.
History
TIRAD become a part of Milacron in 2014 & after the aqcuisition construction of modern warehousing was started along with the expanding fleet of CNC machines.
Since 2015 TIRAD has been the service company for DME Europe Logistics for the EU and adjacent regions. The first warehouse was built in 2015 and now occupies an area of 5,400 m2. It offers storage for 3,700 pallet spots and 30,000 shelves spots, employing around 40 workers in the logistics center. This means we are able to ship 250 parcels per day with ease, this facility also sends parcels for DME Europe & Ferromatik parcels.
Member of Hillenbrand Group
In 2019, TIRAD, along with its parent company DME Europe, has become a member of Hillenbrand Group.
TIRAD is now part of the multinational Hillenbrand group that is active on all continents. The broad portfolio of Hillenbrand spans several industrial sectors. The synergy of its product offerings increases the company’s ability to provide comprehensive plastic processing solutions: production of basic resins, mixing, plastic processing and subsequent recycling.
Regaining a strong brand identity is another step in DME and TIRAD’s continued ability to provide customers with best-in-class services.
