TIRAD s.r.o., (“TIRAD” ‘we,” “us” or “our”) is committed to compliance with the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”), the United Kingdom General Data Protection Regulation and the UK Data Protection Act 2018 in relation to the collection, retention, use and other processing of personal data of data subjects in the European Economic Area (“EEA”) and the United Kingdom (“UK”).
This Privacy Notice informs EEA and UK users of www.tirad.cz (the “Website”) how TIRAD, as controller within the meaning of the GDPR, collects, processes and shares the personal data of such users.

If we transfer your personal data outside the EEA or the UK to countries not deemed by the European Commission (or in the UK after the transition period, the Secretary of State) to provide an adequate level of protection, the transfer will be based on, where required, standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission (or in the UK after the transition period, Parliament or such other entity described under UK data protection law), which impose data protection obligations on the parties to the transfers.
