We also offer special operations, such as plate hardening and annealing to remove internal stress.

  • We can work straight from 3D models (without 2D drawings) with a colour table of required tolerances.
  • For monitoring programmed NC code, we use the VERICUT system to prevent possible contradictions during programming
  • We offer a capacity reservation system for customers.
  • TIRAD is certified under ČSN EN ISO 9001:2016 / 9001:2015.
  • All our machined plates are measured on our CMM Wenzel machines, reports can be provided in either hard copy or electronic format.
  • Each machine operation is backed up by three machining tools, so we can deliver and meet customer requirements even if there is a sudden failure.

Established systems for quality and efficiency improvement

In TIRAD, we believe in continuous self-improvement. Regular meetings are held to address ny issues that might have occur during all our processes. In addition our operators undergo regular training sessions to ensure ever-improving quality of our production.

We use "5S" System to keep order and to concentrate only on the production of customers' projects - Clear out, Configure, Clean&check, Conform, Custom&practice.  This is a part of systematic approach with the goal to be the best provider in our field.

This 5S system is a part of a whole methodical approach to quality and efficiency, called TIRAD Production System House. Visiting customers are very pleased with the evident cleanliness in the production enviroment.
